Returns & Exchanges

At WillPowders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
